Not according to “the liberal index of how to calculate a hate crime.” So, for instance in this case it was a wealthy homo that killed an attractive Latina woman.
Therefore on the liberal index because there were no white straight males to blame it doesn’t register as a hate crime.
However, if you were to reverse the roles, then you would have a beautiful Latina woman killing a homo male...that would register as a 3.5 on a scale of 1-10 as a hate crime.
