“You’re right! They could have just re-written the State Constitution! /S”

Obama does it daily, what’s the problem?

including $9 million of outside special interest money.

Let me guess...Chamber of Commerce and American Crossroads, meaning Jolly will be beholden to Amnesty pimps and Rove. Swell.

Once again a Libertarian comes close to screwing all of us.

I dunno. There are a few posters here who are convinced that libertarians are just liberal Dems running under a false flag.

If that's true, then maybe the libertarian candidate took away enough Dem votes to give the win to Jolly.

I guess that would depend on what state YOU'RE in!

“...The backbiting against Jolly has already begun, courtesy of a recent Politico piece. But it’s not surprising, considering many GOP operatives didn’t want Jolly in the first place. They wanted state Rep. Kathleen Peters, who lost the primary.”

Well, at least the establishment drone didn’t get the seat. Good show.

“I’m thinking the polls are part of the propaganda “Bandwagon” technique, to make everyone think it’s a done deal and they should join the crowd”

Yep, they go after the squishy “Independants” whom stand for nothing more times than naught. Their motto “I voted for the winner based on the Polls on whom was ahead the day before the election”

I think that often backfires...people will stay home if their vote wont be needed to win, but those on the bottom will turn out to make sure they do their part.

Gee, it's too bad that Sink didn't win, the pity party would have been even more intense.

Assuming there’s no challenge/recont/reversal,Jolly should be good to hold that seat for a long time.
