Former IRS official Lois Lerner refused for a second time on Wednesday to testify about her role in a scheme to target conservative organizations that applied for tax-exempt status during President Barack Obama's first term in office.
Lerner risks arrest if she is found in contempt of Congress.

IF I would ever be called into the IRS, I would plead the fifth to my dying day. Problem is, the average law-abiding citizen in this country would never put themselves in a situation to plead the fifth. We obey the law, unlike the government.

If this was a Republican administration, maybe it would happen. But no way Republicans are going to arrest these lowlife lying cowards.
Imagine what the MSM would be doing if a Republican administration’s IRS head had targeted audits for liberal organizations! It would be worse than Watergate. Yet, we have had this scandal, Benghazi, Fast & Furious, etc. And NOTHING has happened to anyone of them!

Issa hasn't the guts. And even if he did King Obama would pick up a pen and screw Issa. When you live in a communists nation with almost a total dictator the show is over. America may never recover.

I agree, once she starts talking her life isn't worth a plug nichol. To prevent obama from giving her a pardon, she must be tried for treason in addition to any other charges. The added charge of treason should not be to hard to establish.
