New Inconsistencies with Malik Obama’s IRS Paperwork Revealed on Eve of Hearing

As the scheduled March 5th House Oversight Committee Hearing draws closer, the man who filed complaint No. 1761/2013 against Malik Obama – Dr. Sadek Raouf Ebeid – is sending a fax to Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, along with members Trey Gowdy and Jim Jordan, notifying them of even more disturbing inconsistencies. Many of these inconsistencies involve former IRS Director of Exempt Organizations, Lois Lerner, who is scheduled to appear before the committee.
Time to spill the beans or ‘go down in flames’ Lois. For starters, the date stamped at the top of the Barack H. Obama Foundation’s 501(c)(3) approval letter which bears Lerner’s signature, is dated June 26, 2011. That day was on a Sunday. This new revelation comes after it’s been known that Malik Obama’s Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF) received expeditious and potentially illegal tax exempt status from Lerner when the approval was backdated by 38 months. That this approval was granted on a Sunday raises more questions.
This is where Ebeid comes in. Within a few short hours of this posting, Ebeid will be faxing the following letter to Issa, Gowdy, and Jordan. Each one of their offices will receive this information approximately 24 hours before the hearing is convened (click on image to view letter):
Malik Obama’s Foundation granted 501(c)(3) status on a Sunday. Lest anyone point to the possibility that the 501(c)(3) approval letter is actually a fraud, it is worth noting that the letter in question is posted on the official BHOF website.
In addition to this new finding, it’s been learned that there are three addresses associated with the BHOF. Something else worth pointing out is the address for BHOF at the top of that approval letter:
4301 N. Carlin Springs Road Arlington, VA 22203
The 2010 IRS Form 990 is date stamped on June 13, 2011 as being received by the Ogden, UT office, just 13 days prior to the approval letter. The address for the Foundation is handwritten as follows:
4201 Wilson Blvd., Suite 110-152 Arlington, VA 22203
As for the third mailing address associated with BHOF, the website Charity Check 101 identifies a BHOF foundation with the exact same EIN as Malik’s BHOF as being at the following address:
107 S West Street 401 Alexandria, VA
All of these inconsistencies, when taken together, warrant much scrutiny. On March 5th, the House Oversight Committee should begin its search for answers by asking Lois Lerner why her signature is at the bottom of a 501(c)(3) approval letter for a foundation whose founder is connected to terrorism, why this foundation was given expeditious service, why it was backdated 38 months, why it was approved on a Sunday, and why there are three separate mailing addresses (two on IRS forms dated within weeks of each other).
Time is now short. The hearing is now barely more than 24 hours away. Please contact the following three Committee members and tell their offices you would like them to raise the issue of Malik Obama’s BHOF with Lois Lerner during the hearing.

As Rep. Gowdy said during a recent television interview, “We have the evidence and it’s either save herself or go down in flames.” Introducing the possibility of aiding an enemy combatant into the equation certainly adds another – borderline literal – dimension to that .

The alien resident, who was granted this 501 (c) (3) status, publicly works for General Omar ci Bashir of Sudan. Proof is on file & on his own website.
He was recently subpoenaed by the Egyptian AG, to be questioned on charges of aiding terrorism in Egypt. I filed this case myself last August, (case # 1761/2013).
General Omar al-Bashir & the alien resident who was granted this tax exempt license to collect US taxpayers dollars & funnel it overseas, have currently joint investments. Marindi bridge is one example.
Of all banks they have chosen to use el Shamal’s Bank of Sudan. (Acct # 1782.) This is the same bank that was named as a defendant, in a class action suit, that was filed by the families of the innocent American victims of 9.11.

Your letter dated Feb 25, 2014 to Mr. William Taylor, requesting the reappearance of Ms. Lois Lerner on the Congressional floor was noted & appreciated by all sincere Americans.
In your letter you stated that your committee was investigating Ms. Lerner’s role in scrutinizing applications for tax exempt status for conservative organizations.
I urge your committee to extend your inquiry to look into her lack of scrutinizing other organizations. Attached is a document re EN # 26-2461343, in which the Barrack H Obama Foundation, owned by Mr. Malik Obama, was granted a 38 month retrospective privileges.
The attached document that we obtained from The Barack H. Obama Foundation’s own web site tells the story of a tax exempt status that was granted expeditiously, on Sunday, June 26, 2011.

My concern as an American citizen is not merely Ms. Lois Lerner’s over scrutiny of the conservative organizations, but her lack of any scrutiny of organizations that were liberal enough to have public ties even to General Omar el-Bashir. Further disturbing details & legal proof, available on demand

BHOF’s website lists the foundation’s physical address as 107 S. West St. #401 in Alexandria, Virginia, a location that actually houses only a UPS store. “They probably just rent a mailbox here or receive mail here,” said one UPS employee there in May 2013. Equally problematic is the address listed in BHOF’s IRS filings—4201 Wilson Blvd., Suite 110-152 in Arlington, Virginia—which houses only a marketing center for a drug-and-alcohol treatment organization known as A Better Today Recovery Services. When questioned about BHOF in May 2013, not a single employee in A Better Today’s office had ever heard of the foundation.
From 2008-11, BHOF operated illegally as a nonprofit group and falsely claimed tax-exempt status—for which it had not yet formally applied. The foundation finally submitted its 2010 application for nonprofit, tax-exempt status on May 23, 2011; seven days later, it submitted its filings for 2008 and 2009. Within just one month of these filings—on June 26, 2011—Lois Lerner, the senior official who headed the IRS’s tax-exempt organizations office, signed paperwork granting tax-exempt status to BHOF. This promptness represented a stark contrast to the experience of many conservative organizations that, beginning in 2010, had been intentionally forced (by Lerner’s office) to wait more than three years, in some cases, for approval. Moreover, Lerner broke with the norms of tax-exemption approval by making BHOF’s tax-exempt status retroactive to December 2008.
According to Ken Boehm, chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center: “The Obama Foundation raised money on its web page by falsely claiming to be a tax deductible. This bogus charity ... had not even applied and yet subsequently got retroactive tax-deductible status.” Boehm described Abon’go Malik Obama’s attempt to raise money under the nonprofit banner as “common law fraud and potentially even federal mail fraud.”

It is not beyond the pale that LL WILL testify and -try- to indict the Misadministration for ruining her life along with so many others.
Then we shall hear news of her fatality in a burnt car, with a drug overdose or bridge jump -after- she denies the OM their own spin and ultimate revenge.
