15,000 'Stuck' In Washington State's Obamacare Exchange
Truth Revolt ^ | 3/3/2014 | Albert Merrick

Washington state officials are declaring victory in their efforts to fix the state's troubled Healthplanfinder insurance exchange, despite the fact that 15,000 applications remain unprocessed.

The state acknowledges that they are working to fix its backlog, while at the same time saying that the site is much better than it was at its launch five months ago.

The 15,000 applicants who are 'stuck' find themselves in an assortment of categories:

About 5,000 to 6,000 of them have problems because the data entered by consumers isn’t matching up with state databases that track which benefits, including Medicaid, applicants are eligible to receive. An applicant, for example, may name a different head of household or street address than is contained in the state’s other eligibility databases.

An additional 5,000 or so applications have tax-filing related issues, and the remaining 5,000 require more information from the applicant.

Noting that the site "hasn't crashed in weeks," the article in the Seattle Times touts that over 100,000 people have been able to sign up for insurance plans, not counting Medicaid. Still, a number of applications remain incomplete:

One of the most serious occurs when users find themselves locked out of their accounts, leaving them unable to complete their applications.

This can happen for one of two reasons: a system error, or the user has made too many changes in application data.

If an applicant is locked out, they are encouraged to seek assistance from the call center, where wait times average 37 minutes, according to one survey.

Healthcare.gov is 0bama’s Vietnam. He wasn’t even significant enough in American history to be defeated by a tiny, sweaty country 8,000 miles away. He was defeated by his inability to understand technology that was mastered twenty years ago.

COULD BE ANOTHER O/CARE SCAM: To date, the 14 states operating their own O/Care exchanges, plus the District of Columbia, have received nearly $3.8 billion tax dollars to start and operate. Some news reports indicate states are "stashing away" federal grant money for "assorted other purposes." Using govt money for purposes not intended is a felony.

Federal O/care tax dollars NOT accounted for include

<><> hundreds of millions paid to CGI for the botched rollout,

<><> mad scientist Ezekiel Emanuel (Rahm's bro) got a BILLION dollars to design this boondoggle,

<><> botched state exchanges got billions; some failed to enroll a single person.

Cost Curve: A little-noticed problem is fast-emerging in states that decided to set up their own ObamaCare exchanges. Many of them face financial crises once the federal grant money runs out. After taking nearly $4 billion in federal grants to set up and run their exchanges this year, 14 states and the District of Columbia are supposed to be self-sufficient by next year.

At least that's what the ObamaCare statute says (which these days doesn't mean much). But from the looks of it, many are heading into a fiscal brick wall. (Excerpt) Read more at news.investors.com ...

THIS JUST IN---KATU-TV REPORT

PORTLAND, Ore. – You already know the process that led to the failed rollout of the Cover Oregon website was bad. But was it criminally bad? Former Republican state Rep. Patrick Sheehan told the KATU Investigators he went to the FBI in December 2012 with allegations that Cover Oregon project managers initiated the design of dummy web pages to convince the federal government the project was further along than it actually was. If Sheehan’s allegations are true, those managers could face time in jail for fraud. (Excerpt) Read more at katu.com ...

Cover Oregon project managers initiated the design of dummy web pages to convince the federal government the project was further along than it actually was.

Tampering w/ web sites is electronic fraud and incurs multiple felonies..... falsification of govt documents is also a felony. But the crimes do not stop there.......

===============================================

OF INTEREST TO LAW ENFORCEMENT the FBI should interrogate O/Care exchange insider for evidence of multiple schemes to falsify documents to further insider schemes. The FBI should investigate any and all official documents submitted.

Crimes might include---conspiracy. collusion, falsifying offical documents (a felony), money laundering, tax evasion, extorting taxpayers, theft of govt monies, misuse of public office and official government positions.

Taxpayers are urged to notify the FBI now.

Time to mobilize the Bank Secrecy Act----to determine the numerous O/Care scams--and how federal tax dollars are changing hands at the state level. Taxpayers should demand to know the scope and dimension of multiple conspiracies by government insiders to collude in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting. This could be prosecuted under the Bank Secrecy ACT, RICO, and the Hobbs Act (for impairing state economies).

THIS JUST IN O/Care's Oregon state exchange "accidentally" enrolled 4000 illegals who don't need O/Care (illegals get free healthcare elsewhere, anytime they frickin' want it).

PASS THE WORD: Enrolling illegals was no accident. Obamacare web sites are also setup to accept voter registrations.

Looks like endangered Dems racked up 4000 votes in Oregon, alone, (that we know of) to help them survive looming 2014 midterms.

What??? Hasn’t Obummer told us repeatedly that the state-run exchanges were doing a great job of signing up saps to get this lead airplane off the ground? He and Sebelius wouldn’t lie, would they?

Even if the illegals and felons and welfare class don’t actually vote, the Democrats have their registrations in the computer records and can plug in that number of phony votes in those precincts on election day.

Two things:
1) In a conversation with a WA Obizmo supporter last year talking about OCare, she said, “It's free!” I responded, “Who pays?” She promptly hung up.

2) In today's DebkaFile there is a report that Merkel had a conversation with Putin over the Ukraine situation where in - it is unconfirmed - she said of Obizmo, ““she was not sure he was in touch with reality. He lives in another world.”” Which could be said of WA’s Obizmo supporters ...

They got what they wished for ...

E-x-a-c-t-l-y——the Demons got plenty of election tricks up their raggedy sleeves.

Wonder if we have a Republican State Committee up there? Repubs should be looking into this (/snix).

What can we do?

Mark Levin gets this question all the time. He said join a Tea Party, or write a letter to the editor, etc..

Mark said those who ask what to do probably aren’t doing anything.

We all need to step up our efforts and get CONSERVATIVES elected in the House and Senate.

The state’s Secrtary of State is required to check into all cases of reported voter fraud. Course a Dem won’t.

But many states have Repub Secy’s of State. They should be notified about illegals registering via O/Care.
