Once again the Vets sweep!! Good job, boys!
Tanks!
Good evening, yarddog...not good when the food is bad. Some things are REALLY important to military men and women.
Great pictures and message. It sure has changed a lot since I was last there. I was stationed there from ‘79 - ‘81 and went back for SNCOA school in ‘95.
We thank you for your service.
WOW! What a weather change for her.
Good evening, Sand...((HUGS))...did you have a nice and restful weekend? A Maddi day today?
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...did you have a Marvelous Monday?
When is recital time?
I spent the entire day sitting on a wooden bench in the outer hallway of the county courthouse.
I had promised a friend I would be a character witness for him in family court, and then they never called me into the hearing room.
Well...I kept my promise, and then was relieved of the duty to testify, so i guess that is a good thing.
On the way home i used a gift card I had to buy a new bass (as a backup in case bass #1 fails)
I am off for home...back in a bit.
Good evening, Kathy...((Monday topdatHUGS))...had a quiet and restful weekend. It was a Maddi Monday today.
Maxwell AFB is where my son went to OTS and we went there to
see him graduate.
He later decided he hated being an officer and went back to being enlisted. He’s now a Master Sgt. When he retires, he’ll receive captain’s retirement pay, because it was his highest rank while active. He’s earned it!
Luv W,
My son joined the AF late after being out of college several years. After his T.Sgt. wife was completing her six years he joined. Graduated from OTS here at Maxwell two years ago and is flying KC-135’s now. We’ll see what there is left flying after Hagel and Ubama get through with their butchery.
I attended his graduation and met a lot of fine Non-Coms who were graduating their advanced programs at at the same time. Awesome bunch of non-coms, all with chests full of service ribbons in the combat zones. I’m proud of our sons.
Oldplayer
Will he have a retirement “party” that you will attend?
Yes, he’s earned it.
I hate that part of the court system....if you are there, or called to be there...you should get your chance. Aren’t going to call me, then don’t have me sit in the hall, on a wooden bench, ALL day.
And a new bass...how cool.
Congratulations and thanks to your AF son! That school is hard and graduating isn’t easy!...and flying KC-135s no less! What a cool job to have!
I just pray we all survive Hagel and Co! Has he already noticed changes for the worst?
You know...he hasn’t said whether there’ll be a retirement party. I know they do such things. He isn’t much of a party-guy, but might make an exception in this case. I would go if he let us know. He sometimes “forgets” to tell us about stuff. Has done that since kindergarten! LOL!
He’s a guy.....”oh, did I forget to tell you”. LOL!
Enlist Piper’s help. d:o)
Now, THERE’S a thought! Piper never forgets ANYthing! LOL!
Do you play outside and go for walks, Maddi holding G-Pa’s finger?
