Navajo Nation. I suspect Obammy ignores the fact it is on INDIAN LAND just like he ignores our immigration laws, our DOMA law, etc. and makes up new laws as he goes, just like rewriting of laws he doesn't like so much - e.g. his namesake law "OBAMACARE".
