We the people can nullify the unconstitutional ObamaCare ourselves!! Refuse to submit to tyranny!!

Posted on 01/02/2014 10:50:33 AM PST by Jim Robinson

We the people can nullify Obama’s unconstitutional communist POS by simply refusing to submit. If the majority of the people don’t sign up for it, it dies on the vine. In fact it wouldn’t take anywhere close to a majority. Twenty to thirty percent ought to do it.

It's not going to work anyway. Socialism never works. We need to kill if it we want to save our constitutional republic!

No surrender, no retreat!!

Do not sign away your freedom!!

Do not submit to the godless leftist wannabe dictators!!

We are the resistance!!

The individual mandate is unconstitutional and illegal. Doesn’t matter what roberts said. He’s wrong.

Personally I don’t know a single person that has signed up. We can’t. The website doesn’t work. *wink*

Jim, I’ve been thinking about this for a long time. It may be the answer. If 1,100,000 have signed up, what about the other 328,000,000? If so few give in to the government, the government loses its power, doesn’t it?

This sounds too easy. Is there a catch somewhere?

Even if the web-site did work, I wouldn’t put my personal information on it. I don’t trust it!

Jim, tell us now what you really think -- no more of this Nice Guy stuff!

8^D

Personally, I think that guy is the living humiliation of participatory democracy, and he has all the political wiseguys, Karl Rove included, laughing up their sleeves at the Peepul. Bring back poll testing! Hell, bring back intelligence testing! We need a better electorate .... and about 15 special prosecutors!

Where's Hercules when you need him? Time to clean out the stables.

I did a radio interview this morning…and said that I thought Obama Care would die as a result of the “failure to launch” syndrome….in other words, people just avoiding it like the plague.

So Jim, you on the money!!

Agree. I’d also like to say that current IRS ability to collect the fines [Roberts said ‘taxes’, yet there is no weight behind it] if from REFUNDS due to the taxpayer.

What does this mean? If you compute your tax liability accurately and DO NOT end up with a refund due, the IRS CANNOT do a thing about it except carry that so-called debt over to the next year. They cannot collect otherwise.

This is the tactic they fear the most.

Remember the Volstead Act? As Obamacare enthusiast/mindless drones (but I repeat myself) like to say, the Volstead Act was "settled law". Yeah, right.

This is the tactic they fear the most.

They think they've got that covered, with rapidly-rising rates of penalization in years 2 and 3. Basically, poorhouse in four years, is what they're projecting for nonparticipants.

Time to throw down and see who's got the grunt.

But we'll need lots of Tea Party people running the House, to keep the RiNO's from calling off the special prosecutors when they hit paydirt, and instead selling them out to the 'Rats for Fortune 500 tax breaks.

I agree. We can petition the government with a constitutional amendment and overturn this monstrosity, just like prohibition was overturned via a constitutional amendment. The courts then cannot declare the constitutional amendment null and void.

I have been thinking for weeks that we can overturn this law with a constitutional amendment, but I have no idea how to even get this petition started?

Amen Jim!

Another way to "defund" it is to adjust any withholding you have deducted from income to just what you owe in annual taxes.

If enough people did this, this could "starve" the government of billions of dollars people overpay each year just to keep from "owing" any taxes in January.

Plus-No refund = no fine.
