So we’re supposed to forget he entered this country illegally, was arrested for drunk driving (I hear about illegals killing people all the time when they drive drunk), and let him stay because it will upset his son?

I’m sorry. He needs to be deported, and his son can go with his father.

If we can send Elian Gonzales back to Cuba, we can send this man back to Guatemala, and his son can go with him.

What I find ludicrous is that an illegal alien can confer American citizenship on another person.

Yo Jorge! This isn’t Guatemala! Regardless of what your boy Obama is saying, we still have laws here. Just because we have a lawless administration running the country right now, it doesn’t mean that America has become a lawless country.

Michael Alison Chandler, you are a traitor to this nation as are all like you who work day and night to destroy it. I won’t forget your name. Someday all laws will be enforced the way current immigration law is enforced. On that day, we’ll do lunch.

We need to fix this problem right away. I mean RIGHT FRICKING NOW!!!

End anchor babies now! Popping a kid out here should not make them citizens if the parents can not transfer US citizenship to them.

There should be no such thing as anchor babies. If the parents enter this country illegally, the children should also be illegal aliens. Then there would not be a problem. They all get sent back to where they came from.

If the parents come here legally and have a child, that is when that child should get citizen status.

Boo frickin’ hoo.

We were transferred across the country multiple times and guess what? Our boys came with us each and every time.

Don’t break up your family, Jason. Go with your dad so you won’t be miserable again. Home is where the heart is, kid.

I’m compassionate. Deport the whole family so they will be together.

Always the same premise: gosh look how much hardship these families are going through. It is a false premise. They broke the law getting here and now they want sympathy. Solution: do not break the law in the first place, case closed. Yes I should add I feel for them. Who feels for me when I break the law? No one, and no one feels for me.

I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t get another set of fake identity papers and just doesn’t show up. It’s not like they are looking very hard for people who skip out on their deportation hearing.

I’d say dragging your kid, illegally across borders is a turmoil, too.

Agreed. Send the kids home with the illegal parent. And if there is a citizen or resident partner, send the whole family back to the illegal’s country of origin.

“Any decent parent would take their children with them.”

Exactly. I have been saying this for years.

Yes. Bad choices often lead to bad things happening. They chose to drag their kids here illegally.
