You want underarmour.
Lady sailors sneezing a lot?
They are looking for what is called a base layer, that wicks away sweat. There is one thing I found out early when I started cross country skiing. You do NOT want to wear cotton, else you will be cold, miserable, and subject to hypothermia.
If they find some let me know. I would like some too.

The #1 gripe of female US Army veterans I’ve spoken with has been the crappy quality of their GI issue underwear.

A friend who was in the Middle east said they couldn’t get enough of both.
Shouldn’t “skid mark” avoidance be a critical element in their request?
Yep. Hunters and, I guess, any type of cold weather outdoorsman knows exactly what you mean. After polypro nobody ever wanted cotton against their skin anymore. Light, dry and warm is the way to go.
100% right. I’ve donated those items to groups sending packages over to the ME. Cleaned out 2 supermarkets’ shelves of both, once.

I don’t know how the Army works, but after the initial boot camp issue I was never given underwear again. That’s what the annual uniform allowance was for-you buy your own.
lol
Yep. Underarmor boxer briefs. Excellent wicking layer. Then then Duluth Trading or UA heatgear undershirt. I’ll never go back.
