Having common keys makes for excitement. ... not too many big dozers here ,, Bobcats are more like it ,, might have to settle for an excavator.
Also it takes more than a good lathe to mill aluminum into a powder fine enough for a good thermite reaction. You’d be far better off just buying it off E-bay or Amazon for a few bucks. That said it’s still a pretty useless way to try and destroy a vehicle as more than likely the molten iron from the termite reaction would just roll off the armor steel but if you want to spend the rest of your life in prison or dead then knock yourself out.

Once again I’ll point out that I’m not advocating anything of the sort... and yes I know that isn’t the best way to do it but you can get small enough particles... of course liberating a 50# sack at the railyard might be easier... and no it just doesn’t roll off anything if you make a small clay dam...
Go ahead and change the world through voting if you can ... but even if you get a majority I bet it’ll be counted 53% for the Stalinists.. just looking at recent history (a history of documented vote fraud going back to 1960). The republicans are so cowed that they won’t even call for investigations.

A couple of Bobcats could probably pin it down, then put the excavator or a backhoe to work on it. One of those jackhammer attachments on the boom might be handy.
