There is one, in the old days in Carolina the description of her type was, “So crooked that when she dies they will have to SCREW HER INTO THE GROUND.” That is not a certified psychological profile but it is certainly accurate enough for a government piece of work like Boxer.
All the way to the top? Her elevator is permanently down for repair, it doesn’t move off the basement floor.

This is not true, of course. Her additions are not what were in the phrases Obama said. Obama plainly stated if you already have insurance Obamacare would have no effect on you.
In addition, Obama also said we would see significant decreases in existing premiums and that it would be like getting a pay raise.

Heck, Boxer was spouting the same nonsense and lies as Obama:
