ACLU Fights for Boston Jihad Mass Murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to be “Cut Some Slack”
DC Clothesline ^ | 11/12/2013

Posted on 11/13/2013 8:33:48 AM PST by IbJensen

Where is the slack for Martin Richard, youngest victim of the jihad bombers? How about cutting some slack to his younger sister Jane, who has undergone no fewer than 11 operations on her left leg, which she lost below the knee? We demand slack for the hundreds of victims of the devout Muslims who blew up the Boston Marathon.

The ACLU is a dangerous and depraved organization whose mission by objective is to destroy these United States.

Huge props to the judge that booted the litigious jihad jackboots from weighing in on jihad Tsarnaev’s trial.

ACLU fights for Boston jihad mass murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to be “cut some slack”

(thanks to Robert Spencer)

Has the ACLU ever seen a jihadist enemy of freedom that it didn’t like? “ACLU booted from Dzhokhar Tsarnaev hearing,” by Laurel J. Sweet for the Boston Herald, November 11 (thanks to Kenneth):

The American Civil Liberties Union has been shut out of weighing in on accused Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s claims of hardship behind bars at a hearing tomorrow to address whether the alleged terrorist deserves to be cut some slack while he awaits trial.U.S. District Court Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. also ordered a memorandum the ACLU Foundation of Massachusetts submitted in support of its position stricken from the public record, explaining in his decision, “While there may be no positive rule forbidding it, in my judgment a trial court presiding over a criminal prosecution should not receive or consider volunteered submissions by non-parties except as may be specifically authorized by statute … or other authority.”

An ACLU representative could not be reached for comment yesterday.

In documents filed last week, the ACLU stated it planned to fight for the accused 20-year-old terrorist’s right to access to his attorneys and information his lawyers claim is critical to defending him against a potential death sentence, calling it “no trifling matter” that in the ACLU’s view Tsarnaev’s Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial was being threatened by the conditions of his solitary confinement at the federal lockup at Fort Devens.

The former UMass Dartmouth student’s taxpayer-funded counsel will go before O’Toole tomorrow to argue for vacating what they deem “extraordinary and severe” restrictions they liken to “torture,” including that Tsarnaev is denied TV and radio, family photos, prayer with other inmates and visitation from anyone other than his lawyers and immediate family, [sic]

Maybe during the trial we can find out why the FBI killed his friend while they were questioning him.

Go to google images and type in “Boston bombing backpack”. Look at the backpack that was used in the bombing. Look at the multiple images of the backpacks the Tsarnaev brothers were wearing.

Then again, why waste the 5 minutes that could take when you could simply believe the story the gov’t peddles?

After this criminal terrorist creep is convicted, I’d give him some slack...in the rope used to hang him. His head will then pop off “real good” (my apologies to John Candy).

So, the ACLU's position is that 1) he's being denied access to legal counsel, and 2) he's only being allowed to see his family members and lawyers?

Which is it?

That was unnecessary.

Judging by the pictures on google images, which brother’s backpack do you believe matches the one that was used in the bombing?

It is the consequence of this man’s deeds. These deeds are offensive. Complaining about no TV is offensive and shows a self-centered lack of remorse. This person deserves a quick and fair trial. And a hanging. It’s all ready taken too long.

It is completely necessary. Do not forget what this man did.

Pictures of exposed shin-bones is unnecessary. We saw them back when it happened and posting them now is designed to illicit a purely emotional response. That stuff belongs on DU, where people don’t think, they emote.

In a nation with considerably more fortitude than this one this little wretch would be dragged out of his fart sack early on a frosty morn, shot between the eyes and buried in a pigskin.

The despicable and detested ACLU would be re-classified as obstructionist-subversive and closed forever. Their hierarchy would be imprisoned AT HARD LABOR.

Little Ray. Who are you going to believe? You or your lying eyes.

The little piece of crap needs shooting, burying and forgetting.

You get no disagreement from me there. I’m with the guy above who wishes they had simply greased him when he bailed out of the boat he was hiding in. He didn’t have any information worth extracting.

We will have to disagree.

I will tell you why I posted the picture. Emotion has nothing to do with it. It is to remind people of the horrible deed this man did. The same man who complains about no TV, the same man whose apologists claim this is “torture”, that same man killed and maimed. There is no moral equivalence, no shades of grey, and no reason to turn away from his deeds because they are offensive. It is their very offensiveness which demands this mans actions receive attention. It is the offensiveness of this mans actions that can not be allowed to be diluted by the ACLU.

It is the offensiveness of this mans actions that must remain the focus. That’s why I posted the picture.

Never forget.

If anyone gets tortured it should be a waterboarding session for Emperor Obama.

(Just to see if he knows anything.)

Result: He’s totally stupid and doesn’t know a damned thing!

I will never forget the little children whose lives he shattered. I hop the jury feels the same when it’s their turn to weigh in. If we disagree, it isn’t about much.

The short version: don’t allow the focus to shift to some namby-pamby bs about the prisoner.

Put him in with the general population.

Then count the minutes until he is tried, judged & dispatched by the other inmates.

The judge did the right thing.
