Iran accuses France of backing Israel in nuclear talks
France 24 ^ | 11/9/2013

Two senior Iranian MPs accused French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius Saturday of defending Israel, which objects to world powers reaching a deal with Tehran over its controversial nuclear programme.

Hossein Naqavi Hosseini, spokesman of the parliamentary foreign affairs committee, said "the behaviour of the French representative in the nuclear talks shows that France is trying to blackmail" Iran.

"While the French people want better ties between Tehran and Paris, unfortunately the French government prefers the will of Zionist regime," said Naqavi Hosseini.

Esmaeel Kosari, a fellow conservative and member of the committee, expressed regret that Fabius's comments "express the positions of the Zionist (Israeli) regime, which prompts us to eye the talks with pessimism."

And state news agency IRNA accused Fabius of "hindering" a deal between Iran and the so-called P5+1 group -- Britain, China, France, Russia, the United States and Germany.

Thank the Lord, France, a major power, backs Israel. Obama’s socialist Muslim administration has left Israel alone to face a nuclear armed Iran. Iran and the bomb will have a bad ending for our western civilization.

I feel sorry for the pro-US Iranian people. The mullahs are backing Israel into a corner, which is the worst possible mistake to be made.

This is very strange indeed. France almost always takes the Muslim side. And the current head of their government is a flaming leftist, too.

I guess they must REALLY feel that Obama has left a vacuum in world politics by his unfailing support of Muslim terrorists.

“Obama’s socialist Muslim administration has left Israel alone to face a nuclear armed Iran. “

The people upset by this are in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. They’re the big losers here. I can almost guarantee that the first use of nuclear weapons will be by Iran against another Arab state or by Saudi Arabia against Iran. Israel is going to be nervous, but they’re way down the target list. The reason is the Arabs know what will happen if they mess with Israel, but they know if they leave it alone they’ll be left alone. But that isn’t so with other Arab nations.

On a down-to-earth absolutely practical side the French surely realize that a nuke mushroom cloud any place in Asia Minor will get them dirty also. Even French commies would not want their wine & cheez time disturbed by a fallout cleanup. Same basic force that’s kept Ivan minding his manners for half a century.

If France has any sense at all left, it will back Israel.

And...it will measure the kilometers between it and Iran and compare that to the range of Iranian missiles both known and suspected.

The French were instrumental in rejecting the Turks from EU. They “surrendered” to Algeria because Algeria would have taken France over. Napoleonian colonial policy is to export stupidity and not import it.

Not really. What this means is that nothing really happened.

Unless Obama unilaterally reduces sanctions the status quo persists.

The more, far more, important event is the Saudi announcement of nuclear purchases from Pakistan.
the disengagement of America has prompted announcements that the region is quite well nuclear armed to immediately destroy the Iranian regime.

Israel announced nuclear missle subs. Tha Saudis announced they could (code for they have) obtain nucs. Pakistan has them.

Itan is thus nuclear isolated and surrounded.
