A discrimination lawsuit filed against liberal Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee (D-TX) has been allowed to proceed, granted by a federal judge, despite Lees attempts to halt the proceedings according to the Washington Times on Tuesday.
The lawsuit was filed by former legislative director Mona Floyd and said in court papers that Mrs. Jackson Lee, a 10-term congressional representative from Houston had refused to accommodate her debilitating eye condition called monocular vision.
Floyds lawsuit complaint was based on Lee saying to her, I dont care anything about your disability.
The Washington Times reported that Lees legal team wanted to have the complaint dismissed and surprisingly argued that the actions concerning her staff are protected under the Speech or Debate clause of the Constitution.
The Washington Times and Fox News first reported about the lawsuit in 2011.
In the Fox News report, Floyd stated that the congresswoman piled her with reading assignments and many time had forced her to work from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. without any breaks.
In addition, in April 2010, Lee told Floyd, It should not take 10 years to get them done in reference to a reading assignment.
Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee has been in the news many times with her anti-Republican rants and accusations.
In 2010, while speaking at the NAACP national convention, Lee compared the Tea Party to the KKK.
During her speech,... Might I add my own P.S.? All those who wore sheets a long time ago have now lifted them off and started wearing, uh, clothing, uh, with a name, say, I am part of the tea party. Don't you be fooled. Those who used to wear sheets are now being able to walk down the aisle and speak as a patriot.

ha ha ..
hope they nail her fat @ZZ
Clearly the federal judge is a racist.
Sheila’s as crazed as a woodpecker in a petrified forest.
Well, Shelia Jackson Lee is obviously a Negro slave driver.
That pic Mars Shelia Jackson Lee’s intellectual reputation.
How did this woman get elected? A simple question, anymore and I will be accused of everything under the sun, stars, and black holes.
There were thousands of blacks who owned slaves. Three thousand in New Orleans alone. There were black slave breeders - something whites wouldn’t do.
“How did this woman get elected? A simple question, anymore and I will be accused of everything under the sun, stars, and black holes.”
She was the best and the brightest in her district? She learned how to steal campaign cash from Jesse Jackson Jr? Just a couple of thoughts!
If you jump over to it, here is a great comment to your question at the end of the article.
The only cotton Lee ever picked was out of an aspirin bottle. (Stolen the from the late, great Redd Foxx).
Black women and absurdly long, embellished fingernails ... what’s up with that? Are their toenails also bizarre corkscrews? How do they manage to wipe their butts? Hired hands? Mexicanos?
Do they just let their butt-cheeks slide? This is something Darrell Issa might be able to handle. How do we get this ball rolling? Issa should be able to put at least one wooden plaque on his wall, possibly with enameled trim pieces: How The Government Oversight Committee Solved The Matter Of Sheila Jackson Lee’s Bizarre Nails—Finger &Toe.
I’ve noticed that it’s FAT women, Black AND White, who have this absurdly long fingernail thing going on.
They don’t do anything but sit on their butts, eat and talk, so they don’t ever have to worry about breaking them.
I haven’t figured that out yet either. She is from NY, yet she got herself elected from a very black district in Houston.
“sit on their butts, eat and talk”
And smell funky. Funky like a monkey. I’ll betcha Sheila could make a freight train jump track.
And something tells me she doesn’t make up for her density, appearance and pugent aroma with a sparkling personality.
That brings us to the $64,000 question: How are ‘retarts’ like this one getting elected—and re-elected—to Congress?
