No one apologized because no one was responsible.

Impossible situation. Let mega-buck contracts to create pieces of the system with NO PRIME CONTRACTOR or Manager.

Only government, no only leftist radicals, would so violate the first rule of management. someone has to be in charge, someone has to be accountable and there have to be penalties for failure.

Of course in this case failure was intended to set the stage for single payer.

That amendment isn’t an “escape clause” on any legislation passed to give the federal government power. It says the powers were reserved to the states or people. But they still have the power to elect representatives who give that power to the feds. The 10th amendment doesn’t ban legislators from expanding the scope of the federal government. Conservatives desperately need more amendments to rein in the left.

Maybe I’m not too smart but I fail to see how a problem arising from people’s refusal to abide by existing rules can be solved by creating more rules. It reminds me of the first time I entered the bank I used for my little business account and saw a sign saying no concealed weapons were allowed. I walked in laughing out loud.
