Great post which inspired me to resurrect a tagline I wrote in the last year of Romney's governorship.

Maybe Rush is right. Maybe Zero was so snarky and surely at his presser because he realizes he hasn’t won anything. All he has done is maintain the status quo, with the sequester. And there is nothing to divert the public’s attention from the fact that two weeks in Obamacare still isn’t working.

One of the biggest dangers in war is that the troops under your command will become demoralized. That they will think that their sacrifice, their fight, their efforts are all in vain.

Morale is so important, that generals have cast people in irons and had them whipped for spreading bad morale.

Republicans have just demoralized their own base.

There is NO WAY to win with troops who think the war is a lost cause.

I agree- the Republicans should have been out in front of the disaster of the start up of Obama-care. They should have one messenger out there, showing what a nightmare it has been for folks. No, you can’t keep your insurance and your doctor if you want to, etc. Instead, we blew it again. Only thing people heard and will remember is how Repubs almost brought America down by not using Obamacare as a hostage to funding the government. Rep Walberg’s office here in Jackson, Michigan had protesters outside his office, all of them liberal rats slamming him for denying health insurance to people. Not one word about how it has failed to register folks who need insurance.

We are always so bad about getting out our message, what we are trying to do and why. We would have been off- sitting back and waiting and watching Obama-care fall on it’s sword..... We picked a battle we couldn’t win- because majority of Repubs are Rino’s and they always throw the Conservatives under the bus time and time again. In all of this, what did we gain with the people in America???
