Thanks again, Nevada GOP, for nominating Sharon Angle!

It’s sickening to think how this scumbag Reid should have lost in 2010, and would have lost against a decent candidate.

While you are thanking folks, do not forget to thank the GOP-E for not really supporting Angle or O’Donnell in 2010. As far as I know Sharon Angle is decent. The problem is that when ordinary people decide to run against the approved elitists of either party they end up fighting both parties in the election. I remember Rove’s meltdown on Fox News when he learned that O’Donnell won the primary. His approved candidate Castle lost and Rove said that O’Donnell would have to win the election without any help from the party, which is basically why I think she lost. I also remember that on election day in 2010 there were reports of busloads of probably illegal workers from the Las Vegas casinos and hotels being brought to the polling places to vote. Why did the GOP not make a big deal out of that at the time? The truth is that people like Rove and the national GOP-E would rather have Ried and the self proclaimed bearded communist in office than uppity peons like Angle or O’Donnell. They did what they could to undermine both of them and other candidates who they judge to be unacceptable, regardless of what the voters who nominated them think. I think that we should stop being so hard on honorable people like Ms. Angle, who selflessly chose to put herself through the enemy media grinder and run for office, and concentrate on the real problem. The GOP establishment sells us a false democrat against republican paradigm to distract us from the real fight, which is the DC ruling class against us rubes in fly over country. Ever wonder why the “elite” people of both parties got together to destroy the credibility and popularity of Sarah Palin when a normal person would think that protecting a popular rising start like her would be the thing for everybody in the party to do? The same folks are now attacking Senator Cruz because they recognize him as a threat to their hold on power. Just look at how many supposedly republican senators voted against the will of the people who elected them and for keeping a hated law like Obamacare in place yesterday to see where their allegiance really lies. Is there any doubt in anybody’s mind that republicans like Senator McCain, Senator Graham or Speaker Boehner would rather socialize with Harry Reid, Patrick Leahy, Chuck Schumer or Obama than with Senator Cruz or Senator Lee? In the past the GOP-E has supported true scumbags like Specter over decent folks like Pat Toomey and they did not really care much when Specter switched parties. They do things like this because their real goal is to keep their fellow ruling class cronies in power while keeping the riff-raff out. The self styled elites help each other out because their loyalty to each other transcends their party loyalty. They do not want the status quo in DC to change. Their goal is to concentrate power in DC and use it for themselves while keeping normal people out of power. I think that the sooner we recognize the real game, the better we will be able to fight it. In my opinion, the only thing that lamenting how terrible the normal people who run for office are does is discourage other normal people from running, which is what the ruling class wants.
