Harry, the President doesn't make law. The House of Representatives does.
Obama may have "won" the Presidential election, but so did all the Representatives in the House. And they were elected on the promise to stop ObamaCare.

Hey Harry, marriage between a man and a woman was the law for years too, until Democrats changed it. And, Obama winning the last election was NOT because he ran on ObamaCare. Obama NEVER ran on his legislative agenda. Obama’s victory had more to do with his bashing of his opponent - as he always does - than his political agenda.
