Yeah, his office was nice when I told them why I left the Republican Party. Actually, when I gave her my reason, she sort of sounded shocked. But I called the Olathe office here in Kansas where folks are still approximately 98% conservative.
I guess my point is that I don’t think Moran thought this attack on Cruz, and the elites pulling the supposed wool over our eyes, would cost them party members. Which is what I wanted to convey using brevity as the soul of wit, so to speak.

Reid made a tactical error. He should have had McCain ask for the time. I’m sure Cruz would have handled it well, but it would have been a better move for Reid. He’s not used to being challenged.
McCain may not be up yet.
