On board flight out of #DCA. Still on runway. Flight crew just told us "all planes have been grounded indefinitely." No reason given.@wusa9

And BTW, my comment still stands. You HAVE TO change trains to go from there to National airport. That really mucks up timing.

Just saw a friend’s post...a pic of Reagan Airport on social media. Reported a fire at/around gate 9 about 30 minutes ago.

Apparently it was a plane burning at/ near gate 9. At least that is what my friend is reporting.

think this is all a training exercise. The 'plane' keeps blowing up and being quickly extinguished. I hope one of u will call them out.
