Shellie Zimmerman Police Report released (“evidence did not support the original complaint”)

“evidence did not support the original complaint”

At a press conference earlier today, the Lake Mary, Florida, police indidated that no charges have yet to be filed against either George or Shellie Zimmerman based on available evidence.

The iPad which may contain video is in such bad shape that it might be weeks or months before video is recovered. The iPad apparently was joint property. The outdoor surveillance video shows several people from the house, including Shellie, confronting George on the driveway, but not physical violence is shown.

The police also just released their report.

“As the on scene investigation continued, I was advised the evidence did not support the original complaint and based on this [redacted] – was taken out of handcu1fs but I stayed With him during the Investigation.”

* * *

“Due to the lack of physical evidence, Independent witnesses, and conflicting statements, no charges will be flied on [redacted] for battery domestic violence.”

Shouldn’t she be charged with false reporting?

If it was anyone but George that she complained about she would be.

As long as she keeps attacking Public Enemy #1, she’s as safe as a baby in her mother’s arms.

So, did this really start over Pots and Pans..I mean, I think Paula Deen’s line of cookware is going really cheap at Big Lots!

Walk away, George, and go to some podunk town in TX or Arkansas where nobody knows or cares who you are.

I guess if the baby MAKES IT to its mother’s arms it’s probably pretty safe. But one can no longer say, “Safe as in its mother’s womb,” because THAT is, in millions of cases each year, one of the most dangerous places on the planet for a baby to be. And with the pushing of RU-486, the “morning after” pill, the risks went up exponentially.

Many divorcing couples get into pissing matches over really petty and insignificant stuff. It’s never about the stuff, it’s about the betrayal and the contempt.

I read somewhere that he has one or two girlfriends on the side and Shellie found out about at least one.

No offense to the good women here, but since when does a not-so-good woman need to get paid to be a bitch? They do it for the fun of it.

Her attorney’s presser was damaging to her:

At the presser her attorney said that she called him Monday morning to ask if she should call the Lake Mary police to be at the house when she removes the last of her things to prevent an incident.

She didn’t have them there on Saturday and there was no incident. She didn’t call him to ask for a police escort for Sunday, but she just so happens to feel that Monday will be the day to have the police there and calls her attorney about it. Did she have some premonition that there would be an incident that day even though there was none previously??? Was that a bitter ex’s clairvoyance or part of their plan???

Monday was George’s day and it was already 2:00 and she is still there loading up. And when he shows up at 2:00 she calls her attorney and acts so surprised that he would be there on his scheduled day.

All she and her father had to do at that point was get in the truck and drive away. But no — she calls her attorney immediately who then tells her to start following George around and video him.

What????

Shouldn’t his advice have been for her to get in her vehicle and leave — after all it is George’s day to move, hers was Saturday and George was nice enough to give her extra time on Sunday which she didn’t use and then some of Monday which she was in the process of consuming entirely.

Incidentally why does she get to go in first and remove her things. It is her father’s house and she could retrieve her stuff anytime after George had his. Were the lawyers in this too stupid to figure this out???

So then she starts recording video which magically shuts off where the altercation occurred in the garage. Was there something in there she did not want to record or did she just shut the lid to whack somebody with it???

On the surveillance video you can see the point when she calls 911 when they are in the driveway. She was 10 feet from the vehicle with her stuff in it. If she was so fearful why didn’t she just get in her vehicle and drive away instead of calling 911??? Afterall it was now loaded with all her stuff and ready to go. Instead he tells her to go video George — not the stuff in the house or the house but George. Why???

If I were the Lake Mary police I would call Kelly Sims in for questioning regarding his presser yesterday. Maybe he needs to get a lawyer.

Kind of like when you call 911 and the average wait time is 12 minutes, but if you ask 911 to send the coroner and a hearse the cops are there in three minutes flat!

“Due to the lack of physical evidence, Independent witnesses, and conflicting statements, no charges will be flied on [redacted] for battery domestic violence.”

Huh. They must do domestic different there than here. Here, someones going to be charged. And go to jail. And after a few mo’s and thousands of dollars in attorney fees get their day in court. And possibly the charges will be dropped. Or not. But if the charges are dropped do you think that is the end of it? Oh Hell Naw. You ever go on a job interview, or try to get insurance? And are asked “have you ever been arrested”. And you say “well there was that little domestic violence thing about 3 years ago”. See where that will get you.

Asking “have you ever been arrested?” is an illegal question. If you’re ever asked that, run to the nearest labor attorney for your payout. Now, they can ask you if you’ve been convicted of a felony, but not if you’ve been arrested. I say that as someone who has worked in human resources for decades.

“Asking “have you ever been arrested?” is an illegal question”

Good to know, I’ll keep that one in my back pocket. How about an insurance co?

I’ve found that when there are violations of that type that attorneys won’t take the case. No money in it. And if you did “win” what do you get?
