The first time I drove in Mass they were going 90+ on the interstate, so now they are only 20 or so above the limit.

“If you set your cruise control to 80 out there, you’re the fastest car on the road,” Carr told the committee. Cruise control speed is usually ten miles over the posted limit - except in SoCal where it's more like twenty. :)
