Police are still trying to figure out why a black mob beat Richard Daughenbaugh to death at a popular downtown Des Moines fishing spot one week ago.
Daughenbaugh, a father of six who worked as a construction laborer, did not know his killers, say police. But at 1 a.m., he found himself exchanging words with members of a mob that numbered in the dozens.
The Des Moines Register picks up the narrative with a sterile account that understates the violence and ignores the race of the attackers:
The suspects allegedly beat Daughenbaugh using no weapons other than their own bodies while others in the group tried to stop anyone from helping, police said.
A woman fishing nearby tried to step in and stop the assault and was struck, police said. Her companion was attacked as he jumped in to defend her.
And when the woman tried to call 911, two women from the group allegedly grabbed her phone and threw it. She eventually retrieved it and called 911.

Enough of this. Something has to be done about this black mentality that it’s okay to kill people.
The police are acting stupid because they don’t want to be attacked by black “activists”.
Fear is a great motivator. Here in California, it’s illegal to carry. But people are weighing their options, and are more willing to risk being caught carrying than to be a victim of black hoodlums. I’ve known quite a few women co-workers that carry handguns in their purses, despite the risk of being caught. The lawmakers have abandoned the people.

While that may be a factor, I’m going to say what I said in another thread earlier:
I’m not sure it isn’t more that we’re now getting more reporting of these incidents. Based upon crime statistics, these events had to have been happening pre-Trayvon. The Knoxville case comes to mind.
Heck, it wasn’t that long ago threads like this would almost invariably get pulled here. The GZ/TM case has made more frank discussion of the issue of black on white crime much more common.
I thank God every day, almost, that I live in FL and can legally carry with my CWFL.
And yes, even here in FL I have friends who are now carrying illegally because they can’t afford the course and license fees. They would rather be able to defend themselves and face the legal ramifications afterwards than be dead at the hands of a racist mob.
Conservative intellectuals are useless, they simply will ask no pertinent questions, such as what are the anti-white influences of these black thugs. Not a hint that they want to trace it back to the source, but then again they are nothing but fund raising racketeers.
