1st rape - prison sentance followed by deportation if illegal
2nd rape - penile amputation, prison sentance at hard labor, then deportation if illegal
3rd rape - death penalty
The problem here is among the people themselves. No woman should go alone into such a threat area without being armed, and hopefully with other armed women. Since gun control is pretty widespread, carry knives. The knives are *not* to “protect” themselves, to brandish and drive off attackers, but to aggressively cut attackers.
Only when attackers are injured or even killed does their threat against others end.
So this is the mindset. If you want to use such public areas, you take it upon yourself to severely injure or kill anyone who attacks you. If one, then the other. No other option. Both are your choice.
Unless you want to be raped, possibly injured, and possibly murdered. Choose.

The problem is bringing in large numbers of people who don't share the national culture and values. They are not being assimilated. If you stop bringing such people, the problem will subside. Rape used to a rarity in Scandinavia.
Problem is that in most places they have gun control (Europe in general), they also have bans on knives and about every other possible self defense weapon. The mentality is pretty much that self defense is a criminal act.
1st rape - death penalty
And this situation exists in every Western nation where 3rd World invaders are brought in en mass and protected by the government. Who could possibly have that much influence over so many different nations? It certainly not the damn Muslims.

In a sense it is a return to the absurd humanist pretensions at Babel, in the Old Testament. But it is a secular attack on the reality of human differences, on those very unique characteristics of individual nations. It is an onslaught that cannot be defended in reason; hence the hissing of nasty sounding epithets at those for whom the Leftist fanatics have no rational answer.

Sad for a people whose ancestors were the scourge and terror or Europe.
My understanding is that Oslo is different. The Muzzie areas are right in the city center. In some cases, Gronland, they are but blocks from all the govermental buildings.
While I agree it is the underlying problem, it is one that will not be corrected soon or quickly. And until it is, women need to be armed, they *have* to be armed.
I advocate being armed and willing to use arms being taught as an essential part of being female around the entire world. “It is what girls do” should be the only justification needed. Girls and women who discover that one of their number is unarmed should loan her a weapon automatically, as certainly as they would loan her a tampon if one was needed and she didn’t have one.
Even in desperately poor countries, girls and women can get a sharp piece of metal or broken glass. Something. Anything. And part and parcel with having it, they must be prepared to use it to inflict injury. Not optionally.
Imperatively.
Did you read the article? The young girl or young woman or old woman who uses force like a piece of metal, broken glass, or firearm had better hope it works or it could result in far greater injury than rape. The assailant(s) will likely be stronger and also be armed and they will have the element of surprise. From the article:

Better law enforcement (including profiling) and identifying the source of the problem, primarily Muslim immigrants from the Middle East and Africa are more effective in both the short and long term. Expecting a 12 year old to defend herself against four adult males is a non-starter.
