The letter and transcripts provided in the article are very enlightening....Lerner and her cronies demanded that Hull send up "test case" applications to her office for review, which were then up to date. She then sat on them for months, and when she finally responded, she came back and said that they were now outdated and that she needed more information (as the election drew near). Hull was then ordered to send out new "development letters" requesting the new updated information, at which point the cycle started over.
She deliberately created the logjam and put TEA Party applicants in an impossible, never-ending bureaucratic circle.
This is Soviet stuff, and she needs to go to jail!

Jarrett gets verbal orders from Zero. Then she issues verbal orders. So I don't see it even getting back to her. Very similar operation to THIS:

Obama will be granting a lot of pardons. Just more witnesses that could no longer take the 5th. With the additional testimony, a wider net can be cast.

Is the president not responsible for those in the federal government? Nope. He told us himself that it's just too big for him to fully oversee. Oh, and we should make it bigger, too.

It’s a national office in Cincinnati. From the start they wanted people to think this was distant from Washington.

That was going to be my comment - find some intern to blame it on. You know things are bad when the jokes not only write themselves but they bear more truth than any official explanation.

Please. If he was the head of any business, his shareholders would have kicked his ass out a LONG time ago...if not for the self-confessed ineptitude IE: “I found out from the papers”, let alone for the scandals under his watch.

When did he give Lois Lerner a PASS??Heh.. it went by so fast I'm not surprised you missed it.
There was a hearing a few weeks ago that went like this:
LOIS LERNER: "I did nothing wrong and now I am invoking my 5th amendment right to not answer any further questions."
DARRYL ISSA: "Well, okay then. The witness is dismissed and this hearing is concluded. Drive safely everybody."
EVERYBODY ELSE: "WTF..??"
Issa couldn't get Lerner out of there fast enough, as if he was afraid she might implicate Ubama or something. It was surreal. Trey Gowdy jumped out of his seat like, Issa, are you insane? You should have seen it. And now Lerner is gone and she'll never be back. It was after seeing that hearing that I figured Issa must be filthy dirty.

I was thinking more like a coup d’état. It’s what the honorable do when their governments become corrupt and unsalvageable. I would guess there are not enough honorable left in government to do this.

Maybe, but as Rush says, there’s no need for instructions, coordination, or orders.
