I'm an American first I believe the ideals of America are far more important and greater than any allegiance to political dogma no matter what side it comes from.
I have no use for folks who don't place the Defense of this great Country above any other considerations.
If this country now considers spying on its on citizens, intimidation and threats to citizens that are of the wrong political party, or are Christians, or are conservatives. that practice intimidation of the press, intimidation of Supreme Court judges to blackmail them into voting a certain way, and other communistic activities that are prohibited by our constitution, to be legal and okay, then what makes it still a great country? It has turned from the once great land of liberty to a statist tyranny. It may still be called America, but it is not the land of the free anymore, unless we stand up and put a stop to this now and return America to what she once was.
We CAN defend this country without giving up our freedoms. Sealing the borders, profiling of groups that actually cause danger, intelligence gathering of FOREIGN threats, but NOT indiscriminate spying on citizens with no warrant,not using the IRS and DOJ and data gathered from the NSA to threaten and intimidate citizens and judges.
Says everyone who has ever wrapped himself or herself up in the flag in order to defend the indefensible.
