Yesterday, Stephanie Cutter, Deputy campaign manager for President Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign, appeared on Jake Tapper’s show The Lead on CNN.
During the segment Stephanie Cutter admitted she had attended meetings with then IRS Chief Douglas Shulman at the White House:
“A couple of facts here that I think are important for us to stick by, number one, the only reason we know about these visits is because the president makes everything public. Number two, what we’re really looking at some of these visits… What we are looking at the number of times that Mr. Shulman was cleared into the White House. It doesn’t necessarily mean he went to a meeting. Number three, many of those meetings were for healthcare implementation. I was in them with him. So there’s nothing nefarious going on.”

Obama Staffer Stephanie Cutter Busted Lying About Priorities USA Ad
From the article written during the 2012 campaign:
A controversial ad from Priorities USA, a Super PAC supporting President Obama, shows the story of Joe Soptic, a former worker from GST Steel.
GST Steel was a company that closed after being bought by Bain Capital, the investment firm that Mitt Romney helped build. In the ad, Soptic talks about how Mitt Romney and Bain closed GST Steel, causing him and his wife to lose his health care. The ad then states that shortly after that, it was discovered that his wife had stage four cancer, and died 22 days later.
The ad makes Romney look like Satan. Unfortunately, there are a few problems with it.
First of all, Romney left Bain in 1999 to take over the Salt Lake City Olympics. As noted by the Washington Post this week, GST filed for bankruptcy in 2001. Romney was not involved in the decision to close the plant.
Joe Soptic’s wife, Ranae Soptic, had health insurance through her own employer, a fact left out of the Priorities USA ad. She died in 2006, years after the plant was closed.
When asked about this ad, Stephanie Cutter, the deputy campaign manager for President Obama’s reelection campaign, said on CNN “I don’t know the facts about when Mr. Soptic’s wife got sick or the facts about his health insurance.”
Another Obama campaign advisor, Robert Gibbs, later echoed these statements on MSNBC Wednesday morning, saying that he did not “know the specifics.” Jen Psaki, Deputy White House Communications Director told reporters on Air Force One that “we don’t have any knowledge of the story of the family.”
White House Spokesperson Jay Carney was even less helpful.
Apparently they’ve all forgotten about the OFA conference call that Joe Soptic was on with Stephanie Cutter on May 4, 2012.
Stephanie Cutter knew Joe Soptic, and heard the entire story well before the Priorities USA ad debuted over the airways. It’s now obvious that she lied when trying to deny it this week. It’s highly likely that Robert Gibbs and other high level Obama campaign advisers knew Joe Soptic and his story very well. It is a violation of federal law for a campaign to coordinate with Super PACs. While it could be very difficult to prove that there was any direct coordination going on, at the very least it has now become obvious that the Obama campaign knew the specifics about Soptic, and that they lied about it repeatedly.
It also means that they knew that this ad and its attacks against Mitt Romney were blatant lies. It’s time for the American people to buckle up.
Hope and Change has now fully morphed into “Kill Romney.”
Watched the whole panel segment at CNN...Kevin Madden, wussy! No wonder Romney lost.

She was a top Obama political hack working on implementing Obamacare at the time of the meetings.

I don't understand how your how those last two sentences prove the first sentence. That sounds like the very definition of a campaign manager.
The fact that she was there with the IRS tells us the IRS had taken a politically active role in the re-election campaign.
Presidents using the power of the IRS to punish their enemies and help their friends is against the law. It's a criminal act. Nixon tried it - and the charge was listed in the Articlea of Impeachment.
Residents of the White House aren't expected to, or allowed to, sign 'in' to the White House.
If you can't prove she was 'in' the White House, you can't prove she was involved.

We know that Obama does nothing but 'campaign'. Everything she was involved in was in support of the 'campaign' of Obama. This 'illicit if not illegal' activity was all in preparation for the election.
Obamacare WAS the campaign foundation of Obama.

I am just telling you what the Dems will say. This dirtbag Cutter had a White House job at the time. Some you just don’t want to hear that fact. There is no smoking gun here.
