Baraq would not pass a White House security clearance background check if he hadn’t been elected Commander in Chief. Well, I might sound really stupid ...but if he wasn't informed about Benghazi...maybe he didn't pass it AS Commander in Chief. One does have to wonder since he often sounds so totally clueless and unable to even get the talking points correct...that somebody is keeping him at arms length?
