If they feel they have so much support, put it on a ballot and let the people vote for or against it. Every time it's put to the voters, it's been defeated. The only states that have it are ones where the legislature, all Demorat controlled, have passed it and the Demorat Gubner signed it.

I'm sorry, but that's just not true.

It was once upon a time, but last November took that argument away from us. Gay marriage was on the ballot in four states, including Minnesota, and won every single state. A clean sweep for them.

That's why the Minnesota legislators are now "brave" enough to step forward and put their names to it; Minnesota has already gone to the ballot box and said gay marriage is just fine and dandy.

It's important to acknowledge the steep hill we're now facing if we have any hope of making the climb.
