From what I understand, UNTIL he announces a special prosecutor and select committee to look into all the lies....they CANNOT subpoena Obama or Hillary.
What does it take to appoint a special independent federal investigator/prosecutor? I’ve wondered that for a long time. Who has to authorize that?
