Let's go backwards in time to when the three fellows known by the madbomber had their throats cut. I don't know about you, but slipping up behind three healthy and strong young men and cutting their throats might be rather difficult.

So, let's say the THREE just now caught date from at least that time and none of them are named Misha ~ but one of them knows how to make bombs.

I don't think the Massachusetts State Police and the ATF gave up on hunting for more of those bombs.
