IF this story is true, then I seems as though the Mullahs are trying to remind Amadinnerjacket just who is boss. Why do they feel the need to do so? Do they feel that their grip on power is vulnerable? My thoughts on the matter only seem to lead to more questions.
Well, we saw this weekend that Syria air defense is completely useless. Maybe the stuff Putin sold Iran is about to curl up and die, too.

Well, Israel dropped some bombs and buzzed Assad’s palace Sunday, then a Russian airliner had two missiles fired at it, not hit, in a flight over it.

Okay, I heard about the IAF attack, but when I first heard about it, some aid it was rumor (I was a bit out of pocket for the past 48 hours). Didn’t the IAF prove that Syria’s air defences were a bit over hyped back in 2006?
