Maybe that's why the Dept. of Homeland Security has been buying millions of rounds of ammunition. Their plan for enhancing security involves shooting hundreds of rounds at unarmed people -- but never actually hitting anyone.

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to put laser sights on their firearms?

The news reported they were shooting mostly blanks during the boat thing. They really wanted to keep him alive for their political purposes. Because no mater what they found out from him they knew they have the ability to make this look like a one off home grown thing. And it is America’s fault
