As the news broke of the explosions at the Boston Marathon on Monday, I thought how horrific and tragic it was that people trained all year for a race that ended for some in the loss of limbs or even death.
Just as my heart went out to the victims of such terrifying violence, my mind raced to thoughts of the perpetrator: “Please don’t be Muslim,” I muttered to myself, joining what seemed to be a global chorus of Muslims on social media, fearing the kinds of ethnic and religious profiling that could fuel calls for violent reprisals against entire communities.
Conservative commentator Erik Rush’s tweet declaring Muslims, “evil” and urging “Let’s kill them all,” certainly did nothing to assuage my fears.

And now that it was, when is the muslim ‘community’ going to stand and condemn jihad...and mean it...instead of making lame and fallacious excuses for it?
What other than a Muslim in America would kill maime and terrorize a community other than Muslims!
When it happens no profiling is needed !
When did yuts from the Baptist community kill maime dismember terrorize your neighbors! Why didn’t they set a bomb off on their own block? Because they are all muzzies too!
Oh they so wanted it to be a tea party member....always remember....they do not want us to be political opponents they want to classify there own countrymen as enemies of the state.
This horrific attack was going to be used as...never let a crisis go to waste...it just didn’t go the way they wanted.

It just occured to me that Mohammedans will probably win converts over this, while not losing any people who are already Moslem.
Not a big number, nothing dramatic, but I think that there are people who respond to something like this by wanting to join these ‘underdogs’, these ‘outsiders’, these dedicated religious people who belong to a religion so different and upsetting to parents, and authority figures, and Christian family members.
It is along the lines of why American females who convert love to wear the costume, it makes them ‘special’, a kind of attention gaining martyr type deal, the ‘center of attention’.
Instead of muttering to himself, this guy needs to shout out to his fellow muslim breathren to no longer behave as savages and come into the 21st century.
But it so often is. And most of what transpires immediately afterward is this sort of pity-party, poor little me nonsense couple with blaming everyone else for being skittish of Muslims.
It's old, tired, and pathetic.

Moozlums also committed this horrible crime which killed and maimed so many “real Americans”. All crimes such as this have been committed by moozlums, besides Waco. The government committed that. In Oklahoma, some stupid Americans were involved, but in the bigger picture, it was run by moozlums

He has that little confidence in his religion of peace and fellow Muslims that his first thought is the possibility of it being a Muslim terrorist? Sounds like Jesse Jackson on walking the streets at night. Maybe his problem isn’t those who he worries will judge, maybe his problem is his fellow Muslims?
Give them a taste of their own medicine. They play like they are innocent angels but how do they treat Christians and other religious minorities in their Muslim countries? Don’t these hypocrites know about the persecution that is going on in many countries? How do they talk about Christians in their mosques and around their kitchen tables? Besides they have not been living here for thousands of years as the Christians that they persecute in their own countries. If they do not like it here they can leave since it is not their culture and the longest most of them have been here is a generation. They still have ties to their home countries so why don’t they just leave.
Will you openly denounce them as evil murderers now?
No? Nothing else need be said.
Please. The only groups terrorizing Muslims without provocation is other Muslims.
