Multiple sources have identified Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, as the remaining suspect in the Boston marathon bombings.
His brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, has been identified as the first suspect and died overnight following a firefight with police.
NBC News' Pete Williams said earlier Friday morning that the two suspects likely had "foreign military training," and had been in the country for about a year.
Later he said they were brothers, and added, "They were legal permanent residents. They were in this country legally, at least a year. They appear to be from Turkey, possibly Chechens from Turkey. That seems to be the nationality here."
Just before 7 a.m. Friday morning, the Associated Press confirmed Williams' reporting and naming Tsarnaev. Born July 22, 1993, according to Williams, Tsarnaev attended Cambridge Rindge and Latin School and has a Massachusetts drivers' license.
The brother, although NBC initially reported he was 20, was 26 and named Tamerlan Tsarnaev. He died overnight in the firefight with police, suffering from "blast and potentially gunshot wounds ...probably a blast injury [and] possibly shrapnel" throughout his trunk.

The media and Hollywood will have to flood airwaves with stories about Juan and Jasmine Rolando-De La Garcia, working hard, in the shadows, trying to squeak out a living for their son Angel, who has a harelip and needs surgery. That way the sheep will forget all about Boston.

Nah, the media has been vindicated. These guys are not from the Middle East and they look a little bit white. And their main wish all along was “I hope a white guy did this.”
Now, seriously, remember the OKC bombing there was a third “John Doe” with artist’s sketch? Then all of a sudden there wasn’t a third “John Doe”? Is that the case here?
Just another example of foreign nationals p*ssing in the U.S. voting pool. Nobody pays attention - nobody cares.
