NPR News ✔ @nprnews Third man has been arrested. He's being called an accomplice, not yet called a suspect, reports NPR's Dina Temple-Raston. This, if it holds up, guarantees it's a cell, indicating organization.
That would be a big bag of worms, for the USA (a new front in the Long War), and for Obama (egg on his "spike the football" face).

So what did we (the US) do to Chechens? I seem to remember Albright being all over Putin for Russia's involvement in Chechnya. There's a message here. You take people in. You give them scholarship money, a drivers’s license, and who knows what else, and they kill innocent people (including a beautiful 8 year old child). You can't appease hatred.
