It wasn’t a factory it was a storage depot. I doubt very much it was anything but an accident. I don’t think terrorist are smart enough to go after targets like this, and if they did they would wait till such things are moved to populated urban areas.(which is why theses things generally are not located in urban areas) Then you really would be looking at losses in the thousands not hundreds.

Just thank God the death toll was as low as it was, and pray that it stays that way.

Didn’t know it was a storage depot. Local news in Houston has been calling it a ‘fertilizer plant’ ... which I assumed meant factory.
