This guy managed to 'set us up the bomb' TWO TIMES.

He had he'p or maybe a van, and did it several hours ~ to even days ~ earlier.

A backpack big enough for two pressure cookers... nope.

Getting one bomb in by yourself is hard enough.

The "experts" calling this a lone wolf act:

1. Have never personally seen/handled one or two pressure cookers

or

2. Require the willful suspension of disbelief to give credence to their theory.

Reminds me of "crew served" weapons in the Army, spare barrels, tripod, belts of ammo. Those pressure cookers had nails and bearings in them.
