The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is a God-given Unalienable Right and will be Defended!!

The threat of gun confiscation by the government was the spark that ignited the American Revolution (look up the Battles of Lexington and Concord). Americans have cherished their God-given right to keep and bear arms long before the constitution or the second amendment was even ratified to guarantee it.

Our unalienable God-given rights are enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Millions of patriots have fought and many died defending same. Our God-given rights are paid for by the sacrifice of the blood of patriots, warrior and civilian alike. And the debt can never be paid in full.

Millions of us are armed and have sworn an oath to defend our constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The traitors among us, especially those who represent us in the government had best examine their positions in regards to God, country and constitution.

Give up our right to keep and bear arms? Not on my watch!!

Prayers up for the Bostonians who again have shed first blood.

Prayers up for our free nation.

Praying we can get many patriot and conservative groups together to march on Washington in defense of our God-given rights.

But no doubt they will come for us individually in the still of the night

Sometimes, especially in weather like this, I'll hang out on the roof of my house and watch stars. Pants optional, which means probably not.

So trying to sneak up around here in the still of the night is a really bad idea, and leaves those sneaking around with a terrible last image (unless I have clothing on, which is unlikely) when they shuffle off this mortal coil. ;)

Thanks for weighing in on this Jim.

The NRA is valiantly trying to stem the tide of gutless craven GOPe Senators and Congresssmen (yes Toomey and Boehner included) who feel they have to “pass SOMETHIN’ or else).

The 2nd Amendment was recently reaffirmed by USSCt as an individual fundamental right to keep and bear arms, and NOW we go wobbly?

When the Court goes our way, we owe it to them to respect their decision even tho the Left does not.

Therein lies the problem. We need rapid response teams to protect our fellow gun owners who are under assault.

When the police show up to confiscate their weapons who do they reach out to ?

Their/our lawyers are members of the court and cannot tell them to resist. They lawyer can only respond after the fact, not during.

This is why we lose - we are law abiding citizens. Which means that, when they come for us, we will hand over our guns. Such has been the case in every instance of gun confiscation thus far - look at New York.

Free men don't ask permission to exercise their God-given rights.

Am I suggesting we skirt the law? Absolutely not. I simply offer these examples as an illustration of what, exactly, we are up against.

Would love it. In fact, just answered another inquiry by freepmail thusly:

“Well, the march I’m proposing is a peaceful, unarmed march (this time) to register our petition of grievance against the government’s threats of unconstitutional tyranny.

If I had my druthers, we’d have tens of thousands of armed citizens camping, marching and reenacting revolutionary and civil war battles, surrounding and just outside the DC boundaries for weeks on end.

Would love to have the sounds of booming cannon and musketry echoing through the quiet evening streets of DC, from all directions.”

Not to nitpick, but . . .

It's the unalienable right to life (endowed by our Creator - a much higher authority than Congress or the White House) that gives us the natural right to keep and bear arms in defense of that life and our liberty. Those of us who cling to God and guns have an unalienable right to do so, and we cling a whole lot more strongly than the amoral left seems capable of understanding.

Of course, but that’s got to be on our political home turf.

What a great annual event that would be; have it at the local fairgrounds, etc. (or, like I said, at the Congressman’s office if they’re agin’ it) - all over America.

Solid weekend of 2A. Or make August 2A month or something, culminating in the national.

Need to start pushing gun clubs in schools like they used to have.
