This may just be a coincidence guys but the bombs exploded with the elapsed time of the marathon being 4 hours,10 minutes. 4/10 - isn't that an important date to the North Koreans?

More than likely there were two charges that were supposed to go off simultaneously, but didn’t. This would indicate amateurs....... or unsynchronized timers or two different cell phones...
I think that this is a continuation of the Times Square attempted bombing. Just like the WTC took two attempts. First one in the basement and second one through the air.
The bottom line is that bombs should be outlawed.

Actually, two explosions are the muslime norm, with one explosion causing initial damage then a second timed to go off when the first-responders and others arrive to help.
Second bomb likely went off early.

many injured (22 at current count), some lost limbs
