Remember back in 1975 when the anti-gunners found a running black man target at a gun show? They raised quite a bru-ha-ha over it till the target was withdrawn.
Then the target was back in 1981, now labeled as “The Running Iranian”.
Back in the 1980s there were several targets for sale of ordinary people with something in their hands. You could paste a bottle of soda, a camera, or a gun over the right hand to learn a quick response in a “shoot or no shoot” situation.
PISTOLERO MAGAGINE (remember them?) used them quite a bit in their gun tests.
