This stuff has been going on for DECADES ~ not just recently. The only new thing in it is the addition of cellphones. More people can organize for mayhem faster.

At the same time the same technology has added electronic surveillance systems that enable us to identify the perps faster. That's why they picked up 14 of these pukes right away. We had a flash mob shoplifting operation over in the Maryland suburbs that ended up with over 50 people arested ~ really good video in that store!

In Virginia we have less of this simply because of the extreme risk the perps face of encountering an armed person who doesn't like being pushed around! It's really high here ~ something else ~ even in the DC suburbs of Virginia. You'd be crazy trying this stuff ~

In WV and VA, I can legally go about armed with effective self defense weapons.

In MD and DC, I cannot legally go about armed with effective self defense weapons.
