At least 12 people were wounded Tuesday in stabbings on the campus of Lone Star College Cy-Fair near Houston, local media outlets are reporting.

As many as 14 people were hurt in the stabbing spree. Police say they have arrested a suspect.

One victim is reportedly in critical condition.

It was initially thought that there was a second attacker still at large, but officials now believe the attacks have ended.

Officials put the school on lockdown in the aftermath of the attacks, telling students to stay away from the area. Those already on campus were told to seek shelter immediately.

The person must of thought that all the new gun control laws had already taken affect. Silly person.

BAN ALL KNIVES! THEY ARE A DANGER TO OUR KIDS!

Actually, libs aren’t saying that. They are saying nobody was killed and are saying imagine what would have happened if he used a gun instead of a knife.

How do they get on campuses without background checks? One would think that the campus administration would screen out nuts from matriculating, and have some security after all these incidents. But no. Just wait and hope that the federal government will come down from on high and make everything all better by preventing the nuts they allow on campus from buying a gun. Pool chlorine will explode if you pour gasoline on a packet of it in dry form. No priming charge, no nothing. Try controlling that.

The answer to that is a gun has to hit a vital area to kill, and once you are out of bullets, it is no longer dangerous. A knife does not run out of edge, and can slash an artery anywhere on the body, and the victim might not even know he’s been cut until he bleeds out. Arteries are exposed to the skin surface all over the front of your arms and the back of your legs, in addition to the carotid arteries and jugular veins on the neck. Only a fool stabs instead of slashing with a knife or sword. Only a broadsword and an axe are made for hacking. Samurai swords and French rapiers are made to slash with, the latter also being good for light quick pricking. In conclusion, knives and swords are better killing instruments than a gun. The only real advantage a gun has over them is that it can be used from far off. Other than that, a knife is more versatile than a gun, but a garrote is more certain to kill than either a gun or knife, and easier to conceal.
