I really feel bad for the kids who have two parents of the same gender. Even though some kids think it’s fine, they have no idea what kind of wonderful experiences they miss out on. I don’t want more kids to get confused about what’s right and okay. I really don’t want to grow up in a world where marriage isn’t such a special thing anymore.
It’s rather scary to think that when I grow up the legislature or the court can change the definition of any word they want. If they could change the definition of marriage then they could change the definition of any word. People have the choice to be gay, but I don’t want to be affected by their choice. People say that they were born that way, but I’ve met really nice adults who did change. So please vote “no” on gay marriage. Thank you.
TFP Student Action, a Roman Catholic organization, recorded some of the threats on the YouTube video of Sarah’s speech went viral on homosexual websites. Some of them read:
If I ever see this girl, I will kill her. That’s a promise.
Her parents should be exterminated.
Kill this child and his [sic] parent, for my 11 birthday would be a wonderful gift, thanks.”

I would NEVER allow my child to have given such a statement, stand up for your beliefs, yes, but let your kids be kids. Inviting harm onto your own is not a smart move.
As in the days of Lot, and the days of Noah, so will be the time of the return of Christ. Soon, Christians being killed for not going along. Now as a general lesson in life, this is what happens when you compromise morality for freedom. Feed wolves, and you will end up dog manure.
Every time the planet gets like this, it takes God to clean it out.
The adults I know don’t even talk about it, much less any kids. What are these kids parents telling them? Most people aren’t even concerned about it, it’s just that we are getting it crammed down our throat by the media of both sides.
Do you think God is sitting there, thinking about how He will clean things out, but knowing it will all be the same in xxx number of years. Will this be the second or third time?

What you say by actions, then, is that America is already the land of the not-free. Would you tell them that, outright, as well, so they would know the reason to just keep quiet? Would you tell them that America is too dangerous a place to actually speak the truth?
What I would say is, “this is an issue we as a family care deeply about. Your mother and I will be going to talk to our representatives to discuss it on behalf of the family. We’ll let you know how it went when we get home, hang out with Granny and we will see you later tonight.” Leave your kids out of it, no good can come to them speaking out on an issue like this.
Same gender sex is unnatural. That is the only argument needed in life or in court.
“Leaving your kids out of it” simply means that as a parent you really don’t believe in what you are telling your children about what is right and what is evil. This young girl has more sense and courage than you do. She definitely knows the difference between right and wrong. God bless her.

That is the point that Gods wrath will begin to clean them out. The interesting thing is that when God turns up the heat He will do it slowly, to give everyone a chance to apologise.

You would teach them that their personal opinion is not valid? Or because it may engage others to threats that it is not safe and they should not speak out because of that? Or is it that you do not see that a 14 year old can actually have this personal belief?
