Do you have a WalMart? Try Dr Scholl’s inserts for plantar fasciitis. It says it right on the package. They make a HUGE difference.

that have very strong arch supports which the doctor said was
essential, but I can’t wear them ALL the time!

I have a set for my work shoes and a set for sneakers that I just move from shoes to other shoes. They aren’t full soles, just half. They made a big difference for me. The words were right there on the package.

The worst part for me was I was told not to go barefoot any more. Crocs do the trick around the house.
