IIRC correctly they bought handgun ammo. Here in a rural area, the closest Walmarts still have plenty of .270, .308 and .30-06 ammo. The handgun ammo and the poodle shooter small arms stuff may keep the city folk pacified. In the rest of the country, it’s a different story. How many Americans have ever heard of the HSI, "Homeland Security Investigations," buried within the DHS supposedly "under" ICE? How many have heard of their paramilitary strike force, the SRT?

These SRT guys are NOT being trained for hostage rescue, these are assault vehicles. Five SRT troopers ride on each running board as they smash across fences right up to the building they are assaulting. Swing-out armor "wings" protect the assault troops on each side from the front. Snipers behind them and above them protect them. They are not coming to "rescue" anybody. They are training for assault missions. The heads of the DHS have already stated that they don't think civilians should be able to own semi-auto carbines.

Connect the dots. If and when any classes of weapons are outlawed, the SRT is the strike force that will be coming to confiscate them.

Somewhere in the Obama administration there is concern about large scale armed rebellion against the government. What actions they are planning that they think might trigger such a rebellion is the question. Clearly there is a desire to disarm the American public by what ever means possible.
