Agenda 21: Mind Control And Smart Growth
Freedom Outpost ^ | Mar. 23, 2013 | Kelleigh Nelson

Do you cherish your God-given constitutional right to own property? UN Agenda 21′s Smart Growth is in full bloom across our nation. In East Tennessee the five county local “Regional” program is called Plan East Tennessee, (Regional Plan for Livable Communities), a plan which will eliminate private property rights in these five counties. Link It is a plan for Smart Growth. Rosa Koire, author of, “Behind the Green Mask,” defines Smart Growth on her website, as “Human habitation as it is referred to now is restricted to lands within the Urban Growth Boundaries of the city. Only certain building designs are permitted. Rural property is more and more restricted on what uses can be on it.”

I explained how our former Knoxville City Mayor, Bill Haslam (now Tennessee’s Governor) hired his Democratic opponent, Madeline Rogero to work in his Republican Mayoral administration since the election was very close. He wanted a second term without her running against him. Rogero is now the new Knoxville City Mayor.

These grants, part of the Obama administration’s Partnership for Sustainable Communities, bring together HUD, the Department of Transportation, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Two types of grants were awarded — those to update existing plans, and those to develop sustainability plans from scratch.

Knoxville is also a dues paying member of ICLEI since 2007. From Tom DeWeese’s article, Agenda 21 in One Easy Lesson, ” ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Additional groups include American Planning Association, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies.

Our property rights and God-given constitutionally guaranteed freedoms are being lost at exponential rates today.

“Sustainability” is the new codeword to watch out for. “Progressive” is getting too toxic, after replacing “Liberal”, meaning “Communist”.

Liars need to keep re-defining their terms once we figure them out.

Agenda 21 is the blueprint for the Globalist Bankster’s One World Government at the local and regional level.

I am constantly amazed at the foresight of Ayn Rand. Leftists using the nicest sounding words to cloak their true Agenda. At least now we see through them. Now if we only had the power to do something about it............

Obama’s plantation, wherein you will live in a cubicle about the size of the cabin space you formerly shared, while “experts” with “expertise” and control over life and death are exempt.

A return to feudal serfdom is what the Elites want. Limit the peasants and their abilities to shape their own lives.

Obama, out of the blue, declares 5 new national parks/monuments....seems to be part of this. Keeps the designated land in government control

So all those ‘seminars’ conducted by Delphi are really indoctrination?

Most of the people get it are outraged at being manupulated and question it but are stonewalled.

The shutting down of coal plants, inefficient green energy...devaluation of currency...will drive up the price of energy.

Add increase in taxes, healthcare will put more people in debt. All making it harder to own and keep property.

So all those ‘seminars’ conducted by Delphi are really indoctrination?

The Delphi method already has the outcome of the meeting planned in advance.

They divide people into groups (you've seen oboma do this), and those groups are suppose to come up with ideas. The "facilitator" watches to see who the group leaders are (It has nothing to do with ideas).
The "leaders" of these smaller groups become the targets of ridicule if they disagree with the facilitators agenda. The facilitator uses pear pressure from the agreeing groups, or the whimps who don't dare speak up, to attack the percieved "leaders" , or people, who disagree with the agenda.
They use created ridicule until their opponents are so attacked, they back down.

All - look up The Delphi Method to understand the manipulations. This is used in the public schools against parents at PTA meetings or community meetings.

We do, until the regime disarms us.

thank you
I had looked up Delphi Technique
and then watched that bid i linked to above.

This is chilling
never moreso that when one of the ‘ facilitators” from the firm WRT told one group that personal property rights won’t be affected without public approval. NOT approval of the owner
but approval of ‘ the public’ who were manipulated

In that video, it was their way or nothing. It was pretty blatant. When they know the opposition is too strong, and they have to tread lightly, they'll break people up into groups so the opposition "leaders" of the groups can be identified and targeted directly (Alinski rule #12 - Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it." Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy.)
They have supporters in the audience who start the ridicule and urge the lesser members of the audience to join them. The lesser ones fear the aggressors, and just say "ok. I don't want you attacking me, too, so I'll just go along with what ever you say."

This is true. People are likely being Delphi’d directly or indirectly when their public meeting is divided into groups with a facilitator who appears to be recording the ideas brought up in a brainstorming session. It’s in the categorizing, labeling, and subtle combining or dropping ideas that the magic occurs.

The group will probably be asked to agree with these edits. It seems participatory and above-board, but you are correct that the outcome or a range of acceptable outcomes has been predetermined.

Most of the participants will feel a democratic process has occurred, some will feel a vague unease, and detractors will be targeted, personalized and polarized in the Alinsky style. Beware the word consensus. Usually it is anything but.

My experience in public school administration is that the label Delphi is not used. This process goes under the euphemisms of communication skills, or decision-making process.

I have also seen this used by churches, and purpose-driven type programs, where the apparent goal (develop mission statement, ascertain spiritual gifts) is not the real goal ($$, what else?)

I think/ hope that the alinsky technique won’t work today among people like Us who are anything but low infoemation people.
In that vid I think some of the smart people might have shut up but I bet they didn’t roll over

One of the lead facilitators has said No private property will be taken without Public support.

so they actually think they can sway public support and the rights of the property owner be damned

THEY will never take our weapons so they will refret it if they try to take our property.

This is pretty serious

The best way to defeat it, as well as Alinski, is to stay calm, be polite, and stick to the subject. They can't attack you personally, nor spin the subject into something else to set you up for attack. If they try to change the subject, like they do in this video, agree to discuss that other issue at another time.

Liberals, when they know they're losing the debate, will turn to name calling or personal attacks. For example, you don't like tax increases. "You're a racist if you don't like obomas economic policies!" Stick to the subject, the negative affects of taxes, and politely agree to discuss racial issues next or at another time. Never lose your cool. Eventually, the liberals call you a name and leave. You win.

I don't think they rolled over either. The speakers were at a loss. If they had been in a lower income, or dumbed down area, they'd have easily gotten away with it. I think they were shocked these people understood what they were doing.

They'll try again, but next time they'll use facilitators who are sneakier and more experienced. Next time, they'll break these people up into groups to find the individuals who'll cause them the most trouble and go after them personally (so no one else will dare speak up in their defence).
