There is no more law if this isn't corrected
More than three months after the Justice Department administered a virtual slap on the wrist to global banking giant HSBC after a whistleblowers report to WND of massive fraud was confirmed, Attorney General Eric Holder admitted to a Senate panel he believes some banks are too big to prosecute.
Under questioning before the Senate Judiciary Committee last Wednesday, Holder said he was not referring specifically to HSBC, because it would not be appropriate, but the message was clear.
Banks the size of HSBC are too big to jail, as a member of the Senate panel put it.
I am concerned that the size of some of these institutions becomes so large, the attorney general confessed, that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them when we are hit with indications that if you do prosecute, if you do bring a criminal charge, it will have a negative impact on the national economy, perhaps even the world economy.

I saw Eliz (Phaucahantus) Warren demanding that HSBC be shut down immediately and today I closed my HSBC account.

This article is 100% bravo sierra. We know from Holder’s past actions that he loves nothing more than to stick it to big business and extort money.
The REAL reason he won’t prosecute this bank is its name:
HSBC is an abbreviation for the “Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.”
There is only one logical reason the Obama Justice Department is not prosecuting HSBC. The logic, Holder has been told not to prosecute because HSBC has bought off the Obama Administration. The only thing is doubt is does HSBC control Obama or does Obama control HSBC?
Too large Mr. Holder? Like BCCI large? Or Barclays large.
Maybe you should chat with your pinko friend Mr. Kerry and ask him for pointers on how to prosecute large money-laundering banks.
