We arent talking about the scum who bullied this boy, I was talking about Pakistani people as a whole. And using ‘paki’ as a name for all of them.

I know paki is an acceptable term in the US, you will be in for a shock if you use it if you ever travel to the UK. Its as socially unacceptable here as using the n-word in the US.

We don’t call “all” of them those derogatory terms, just the ones who engage in acts of savagery, oh say like bullying a 9 year old until he is dead or saying racist things like “all white people should be dead”.

But this did happen in Britain where racially offending someone is a criminal act. So I am quite sure your Government will demand the harshest possible penalties. 6 months in a Government sponsored Racial Sensitivity class for the family of the dead kid would be about right.

For the paki wog offenders I’m sure they’ll get a £250,000 Council flat and £5,000.00 a month stipend. That’ll teach them.....

Perhaps you've missed the other epithets that are in common use here on FR, like "muzzi", "raghead", etc.

Here's the explanation: "paki" is not a racial term. It is a cultural term. The Muslims of Pakistan are essentially the same race as the Hindus of India. The difference is that a Muslim (of Pakistan or wherever) is, by the precepts of his religion, compelled to be at war with the "infidels".

I shall not feel myself compelled to consider the feelings of an avowed enemy.

I know you are simply trying to give a decent UK perspective as you have reliably contributed for many years. I imagine however the thread will continue to have people assume your comment was PC rather than simply highlighting the language variance.

It is the same when I tell people that Ozark region residents have a very strong reaction to “hillbilly”. Many think it is just Quaint and continue to be baffled by their reception.

To expand upon my last post: yes, we are (mostly) aware that paki is considered a racial epithet in UK that causes offense to the target of the epithet. I (among others) do not subscribe to the notion that we are morally constrained from causing distress to people whom we would prefer to be dead.

The people the Pakistanis in question hate (white people) are the only people along with Jews and East Asians that can create and sustain First World countries. Israel and Asian nations like Japan and China have extremely strict immigration laws, however. The only First Worlders foolish enough to flood their nations with Third Worlders are white nations. It's obviously not working. White nations are starting to buckle as immigrants fill the ranks of welfare roles, and attacks on the native white people (as we see in this story) are becoming more common place. Maybe the Israeli's and Japanese are not racist in their immigration policies. Maybe they're intelligent and correct.
